We are seeking a committed, organized, and eager-to-learn **Maintenance Assistant** to support our operational team in maintenance, organization, and preservation of company equipment and facilities. **Responsibilities and Duties:** ------------------------------------ * Perform cleaning and upkeep of the yard, operational areas, and work environments; * Assist in organizing QTAs, panels, cables, and other operational equipment; * Organize, separate, identify, and count cables according to internal controls; * Carry out external washing and cleaning of generator sets and company equipment; * Assist in oil and filter changes, and other basic support tasks for generator maintenance; * Support cable and material separation for rental upon request; * Assist in controlling the entry and exit of panels, cables, and equipment; * Support the technical team in operational maintenance activities when required; * Assist in moving and storing materials and tools; * Follow operational procedures, technical standards, and safety guidelines during task execution; * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure proper care of company tools and equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ ### **Education:** Completed high school; ### **Experience:** Prior experience in maintenance, construction, installation, or operational activities is desirable. ### **Required Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, or hydraulics; Use of manual and electric tools; Adherence to procedures and safety regulations. ### **Additional Requirements:** Availability for operational activities and on-site support when necessary; Organized, responsible profile with willingness to learn. **Why Work at Energ?** At Energ, we value people who are fully committed, deliver results safely, and keep both the customer and Energ as top priorities.
