Job Summary: Professional to assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of cleaning machines and brush cutters, with a focus on diagnosis, repairs, and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Process optimization and guidance on proper equipment usage Maintenance of Cleaning Machines and Brush Cutters Responsibilities Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of cleaning machines and brush cutters; Support disassembly, assembly, and adjustment of mechanical parts Perform oil, filter, and basic component replacements Test equipment after maintenance to ensure proper operation Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness Diagnose faults and perform repairs to prevent unexpected breakdowns Request purchase of maintenance parts and supplies when necessary Report recurring issues to improve operational efficiency Teach best practices to prevent damage and extend equipment lifespan Guide staff on correct equipment usage Provide emergency response for machine and Lemasa equipment repairs Research new technologies and techniques to optimize maintenance processes High school diploma or equivalent Relevant work experience Driver's license category B Basic knowledge of internal combustion engine mechanics (preferred) Interest in learning equipment maintenance Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions Pro\-activity and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience with Lemasa machines Experience with Alfa Tennant machines Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2\.638,20 \- R$2\.638,24 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Maintenance management (preferred) Work Location: On-site
