Ensure safety, functionality, and comfort for guests We are seeking a professional to join the resort’s maintenance team, with responsibilities focused on overall facility preservation and **pool maintenance**. The employee will be responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance in common areas, ensuring safety, functionality, and comfort for guests and staff. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, masonry, painting, basic carpentry); * **Carry out routine pool maintenance and treatment**, including cleaning, vacuuming, pH and chlorine control, and operation of pumps and filters; * Monitor and adjust pool filtration, heating, and circulation systems; * Inspect external equipment and facilities (leisure areas, changing rooms, gym, etc.); * Respond to internal requests for minor repairs and adjustments across all resort areas; * Complete maintenance reports and checklists; * Properly use tools, PPE, and work materials; * Support the team in setting up event infrastructure and emergency maintenance.
