Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating and monitoring shrink-wrapping machines, performing adjustments and quality control to ensure package integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and controlling packaging quality **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Film loading: Install the shrink film roll onto the support, ensuring correct alignment (the machine is equipped with a film misalignment correction system); * Parameter adjustment: Set the sealing knife temperature, sealing time, and conveyor speed on the digital control panel; * Product feeding: Place products into the packaging area—either manually or via automation—between layers of film; * Sealing monitoring: Monitor the automatic L-bar sealer, which simultaneously seals two sides of the film to produce clean, wrinkle-free packages; * Quality control: Verify seal integrity (no air leakage) and proper alignment prior to sending packages into the shrink tunnel.
