The professional will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and controlling cutting and welding machines, ensuring product quality, meeting production targets, and complying with safety standards. **Responsibilities** * Operate cutting and welding machines for plastic packaging production * Adjust machine parameters according to technical specifications * Load the machine with appropriate raw materials * Perform visual inspection and quality control of products * Identify and report process failures or irregularities * Maintain a clean and organized workplace * Comply with safety, quality, and internal procedure standards * Record production data when required. **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education * Prior experience as a cutting and welding machine operator (preferred) * Basic knowledge of industrial processes * Attention to detail and quality awareness * Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
