




**Description:** **Required:** Completed Elementary School; **Required:** Driver's License, Category B; **Desirable:** Operation training; Solid experience operating machinery. 3.1 Guide other operators at the start of operations, informing them of the route and positioning of each agricultural machine to organize and standardize the operation and handling of agricultural machines and implements. 3.2 Work to optimize the performance of agricultural machines by adjusting configurations, implementing improvements, and ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency. 3.3 Use data generated by agricultural machines—such as telemetry and monitoring information—for performance analysis, identification of patterns, and suggestions for operational improvements. 3.4 Stay up to date with the latest agricultural technologies, implementing and adapting new systems and equipment to improve the efficiency and sustainability of farming practices. 3.5 Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on agricultural machines—including lubrication, adjustments, and replacement of worn parts—and report more complex issues to the maintenance department. 3.6 Operate small-, medium-, and large-scale agricultural machines and implements, activating control systems and driving along designated areas and routes to meet production schedules and targets. 3.7 Conduct pre-operation inspections of agricultural machines and implements under their responsibility, verifying general conditions of electrical and mechanical systems, tire calibration, fuel, oil, and water levels—to ensure operational readiness during agricultural production processes or to arrange maintenance services. 3.8 Attend meetings when summoned by their immediate supervisor, staying informed about established needs and goals, reporting on work activities and results, and communicating any incidents or potential issues. 3.9 Participate in lectures, courses, and internal company training programs to acquire additional knowledge for efficient and effective execution of their duties. 3.10 Comply with quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards, performing tasks according to defined procedures to prevent accidents and environmental impacts. 2512300202491890393
