MACHINE OPERATOR/PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Description

We are looking for a Machine Operator/Production Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for operating industrial machines, ensuring quality and productivity in the manufacturing process. **Responsibilities** * Operate machines according to technical instructions * Perform machine adjustments * Support general production line activities as required by the department * Monitor the production process to ensure final product quality * Feed machines with raw materials and supplies, ensuring continuity of the production process * Keep the workplace clean and organized, following 5S principles * Comply with safety and hygiene standards in the workplace * Report any anomalies in machine operation * Record production information (quantity produced, losses, downtime, etc.) in forms or systems **Requirements** * Prior experience as a machine operator is a plus * Ability to work in a team * Availability to work rotating shifts * Completed high school education * Strong concentration and attention to detail * Capability to perform operational tasks (moderate physical effort and standing work) Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.200,01 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * DO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION OR DO YOU RELY ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT?
