Job Summary: The professional will monitor scooter usage, respond to incidents, inspect equipment, and log occurrences, collaborating with maintenance and security teams to drive continuous improvement. Our scooter, bike, and power bank stations are already present in **\+ 25 cities** — and we want to grow with you! ⸻ **️ Your responsibilities:** + Monitor scooter usage in real time, supported by sensors and trackers + Respond promptly to suspicious movements, falls, vandalism, or theft + Inspect equipment flagged by alerts and ensure they are in good condition + Contact users in cases of misuse and guide them according to our rules + Implement preventive measures to avoid damage and losses + Log occurrences and generate reports focused on continuous improvement + Work side by side with maintenance, security, and operations teams ⸻ **What we expect from you:** + Prior experience as a security guard or in a similar role * Driver's license + Own **Android smartphone** + Availability to work night shifts + Own **vehicle (car or motorcycle)** + Problem-solving mindset and strong sense of responsibility Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off per week — including 1 Sunday off per month ⸻ **Ready to join JET?** Join us and be part of the future of urban mobility with JET!
