Here, we build lasting careers and relationships. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Patrol store premises, monitoring personnel movement to prevent or detect suspicious activities such as theft, vandalism, unauthorized product sampling, and other security incidents, as well as preventing visible losses. * Manage store security and loss prevention processes; * Administer risks, assess electronic and physical security systems; * Develop corporate policies and standards, creating loss reduction and prevention plans; * Conduct inventories and check\-lists for refrigerators and freezers; * Monitor merchandise receipt and dispatch. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Experience in asset protection and security-related activities. #### **Desirable qualifications (preferred):** * Strong attention to detail; * Organizational and problem-solving skills; * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. #### **Benefits:** * Monthly merit-based bonus tied to departmental results; * Birthday kit for employees to celebrate with their families. #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating 6-day workweek with 1 fixed weekly day off; * Rotating 2-day workweek on Sundays.
