**Job Description:** We are seeking Logistics Supervisors to work on Shifts 2 and 3, managing logistics operations with a focus on **activity control** and **WMS system management**, ensuring smooth workflow, organization, safety, and adherence to operational deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control operational activities (goods inbound and outbound, docks, queues, loading and unloading time windows); * Ensure compliance with operational routines, safety regulations, and internal procedures; * Directly use and monitor the **WMS**, ensuring correct execution of receiving, warehousing, picking, and shipping processes; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous process improvements; * Coordinate operational teams, providing guidance, feedback, and performance follow-up; * Interface with internal departments; * Support inventory counts, stock controls, and yard organization; * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions to improve efficiency. **Requirements:** * Experience as a Logistics Supervisor or Leader; * Solid experience in **yard activity control**; * Practical experience with **WMS systems**; * Knowledge of receiving, shipping, and transportation processes; * Team leadership skills for operational teams; * Familiarity with logistics KPIs; * Intermediate Office suite (Excel). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in distribution centers (DCs) or freight companies; * Experience with continuous improvement and process standardization. **Desired Profile:** Proactive, organized professional with strong communication skills, sense of urgency, results orientation, and ability to operate effectively in dynamic operational environments.
