Responsibilities: * Manage logistics operations and team management; * Analyze and monitor key performance indicators; * Develop and/or improve operational processes to ensure quality; * Conduct performance dialogues with team members and supervisors; * Provide operational training and development to enhance team performance; * Ensure expense control within the defined budget; * Train and guide Logistics staff on safety aspects and responsibilities specific to each role.
