Support analysis and resolution of incidents (delays, damages, returns, redeliveries). Track performance indicators (KPIs) and support preparation of presentations and dashboards. Perform data entry and updates in transportation systems (TMS, ERP, or client systems). Support freight control, delivery receipts (digital and physical), and proof-of-delivery documentation. Collect and process data to feed logistics performance indicators (OTIF, transit time, return rate, etc.). Participate in process audits, identifying deviations and non-conformities. Participate in the implementation of new work tools, including systems and apps. Support communication with drivers, customers, operators, and partners, as needed.
