Manage and guide the team A logistics service provider is seeking a Logistics Manager in São Caetano do Sul. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the company’s operational and logistical routines. Monitor fleet, routes, fuel consumption, and other resources used in operations. Track KPIs, results, and logistics area productivity. Ensure compliance with deadlines, internal procedures, as well as safety and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement of logistical processes by proposing adjustments and optimizations. Establish communication with internal departments, suppliers, and other partners to ensure alignment of requirements. Manage the team, supervising task execution and guiding staff in daily activities. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
