Check if this opportunity matches your profile and come with us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform administrative activities in the warehouse area, controlling and executing tax routines to ensure that all received invoices comply with tax principles, legislation, and established deadlines and procedures, as well as record invoices and transport bills for payment; * Conduct inventory counts and monitor goods inflow and outflow; * Plan, participate in, and execute inventories; * Monitor and update stock mapping; * Create inventory control spreadsheets, conduct audits, establish controls, issue reports, and be responsible for overall inventory organization; * Label, store, and manage inventory; * Conduct quotations for decentralized purchases related to logistics operations; * Monitor delivery deadlines, receive equipment, verify its condition and functionality, check accessories, and clean them; * Prepare equipment for removal from the company for sale or exchange, receive goods, verify purchase orders, enter products into the system, supply materials to departments, control inventory, process invoices, and forward them to the administrative department; * Operate forklifts and cargo handling equipment, complying with NR11 regulations, maintain warehouse organization and material preservation, and perform other inherent tasks such as cleaning and organizing the area, identifying materials, conducting inventories, among others; * Possess knowledge in inventory control, material entry and exit; * Perform work involving vehicles, complying with NR35 regulations; * Drive vehicles to transport materials to scheduled locations, as well as manage reverse logistics of materials (scrap, meters for repair, etc.); * Follow safety rules and instructions (use PPEs and collective protection equipment, attend defined trainings, conduct risk assessments, inspect equipment, etc); **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Valid National Driver's License (CNH) Category D; * Availability to work on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to company needs; * Commitment to results and deadlines; **Additional information** PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
