**In this role, you are expected to:**
* Manage live-line teams executing emergency or scheduled services;
* Conduct all safety procedures during service execution, whether on energized or de-energized networks;
* Provide technical support to electricians during service execution on energized and de-energized networks;
* Be responsible for service quality delivered by the team under your supervision;
* Execute emergency response, scheduled maintenance, and commercial services on MV/LV networks—both energized and de-energized—maintaining power supply at pre\-established levels;
* Execute emergency response services on low- and medium-voltage networks (whether energized or);
* Perform scheduled maintenance services on low- and medium-voltage networks;
* Perform scheduled and emergency pruning services on low- and medium-voltage networks (Contact Method/Controlled Zone/Free Zone);
* Execute/support feeder switching operations on medium-voltage networks;
* Execute commercial services (on-demand) on low-voltage networks;
* During emergency response activities, conduct thorough circuit inspections to identify the root cause of issues and correct them;
* During emergency response activities, maintain clear communication with CCBT/MT throughout network interventions;
* Exhaust all available and standardized options before requesting secondary resources or activity cancellation;
* Adjust transformer tap changers during emergency and scheduled responses, and balance load across circuits;
* Perform instantaneous and spot voltage-level measurements on-demand, and load balancing;
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education.
* Electrical Distribution Technician course, minimum 240 hours.
* Experience as a Live-Line Electrician (at least 3 years) or Live-Line Supervisor; Basic NR\-10 course (40 hours).
* Complementary SEP course under NR\-10 (40 hours); Working at Heights course under NR\-35 (16 hours); Desired: Aerial Work Platform Operation course per Annex XII of NR\-12.
* Experience as an electrician on energized networks.
* Desired experience as team leader or supervisor.
* Driver’s license category B; Category C or D (heavy vehicles) preferred.
