Job Summary: Lead and control the production process, supervising teams and ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with regulations, operating equipment, and analyzing results. Continuous monitoring and optimization of the production process Control and lead the production process, verifying equipment operation, assigning tasks, and monitoring operator performance to ensure productivity and safety, as well as compliance with applicable safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead grain, cereal, and related materials processing, grinding, and beneficiation operations; Control the production process by dosing chemical inputs, operating bioreactors, reactors, separation equipment, concentrators, dryers, pumps, and other process units; Monitor equipment during production, promptly mobilizing maintenance teams for machines and equipment when required, ensuring operational continuity; Lead the work team, striving to meet production, quality, and industrial cost targets; monitor operator performance and provide guidance as needed to maintain workflow pace and productivity; Supervise workplace organization, hygiene, and cleanliness to maintain a conducive working environment; Analyze daily production and quality reports to identify deviations from production standards and implement appropriate corrective actions; Interpret production orders, change machine programs, and adjust machine and process parameters; Prepare shift-related incident reports and communicate relevant information to the next shift supervisor; Prepare reports containing production data and machine downtime hours for performance tracking and control of machines and operators, as well as overall production control; Ensure execution of all production activities through planning, leadership, workload assessment, and ongoing reassessment; Guide team members on company regulations, work procedures, safety protocols, and other activity-related matters; Train and enhance the knowledge of team members; Assess the condition of machines, equipment, parts, and tools in the production process; identify causes of equipment malfunction and promptly arrange necessary repairs; Prepare reports evaluating tools and guidelines for cost reduction, supporting shared decision-making with coordination and supervision; Conduct weekly review of input and maintenance part expenditures in the production department; Develop action plans for potential occupational safety and operational issues within the production department; Propose new methodologies and operational procedures to improve production process effectiveness; Operate the industrial operations center via SCADA systems and monitor chemical dosage measurements, among other department-specific duties; Perform job duties in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the role and department; immediately report any activity posing risks to personal or colleagues’ health to the immediate supervisor; Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Maintain discipline under the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness, supported by internal and external departmental audits; Safeguard company assets under one’s responsibility and promptly report any issues to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields; Agile methodologies; Industrial management; Production management; Proven experience in people and process management. **Additional Information** PPR; Medical plan; Dental plan; Life insurance; Meal allowance; On-site meals; Chartered transportation; Orienteme; Galena; Wellhub; Inpasa Brasil was one of the first Brazilian industries producing **Corn Ethanol**, and today is the **largest producer** of clean and renewable corn-based fuel in **Latin America**.
