Be the protagonist of your direction, be the protagonist of your development, and be the protagonist of your path. **What You Will Do** Reporting to our Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding the operational team, ensuring activities are carried out according to department procedures. You will distribute tasks, monitor performance indicators, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, support training and onboarding of new employees, verify materials, monitor machines and equipment, propose process improvements, and act as the link between the team and leadership. **Who We Are Looking For** We are looking for someone responsible and ready to take ownership of this role—someone full of energy, enthusiasm, and eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with like-minded individuals.
