Join us! **Responsibilities and duties** Responsibilities and challenges * Perform vehicle maneuvering; * Immediately register every vehicle entering the parking facility; * Verify whether customers are authorized users, monthly subscribers, or residents, and confirm that customers possess valid identification credentials; * Upon receiving customers at the entrance, issue the card with the prism number and inform them of the designated location for payment and vehicle retrieval; * Inform customers about parking procedures and regulations—including grace periods, fees, location details, and other relevant information—with consistent emphasis on courteous customer service; * Properly store vehicle keys in key cabinets and ensure vehicle identification through attachment of numbered prisms; * For vehicle security, always keep windows and doors closed; * Observe the maximum speed limit on-site. **Requirements and qualifications** What we’re looking for: * Completed high school education; * Valid driver’s license (mandatory); * Experience performing vehicle maneuvering. **Additional information** For healthcare units (hospitals or laboratory networks), if selected in the hiring process, proof of vaccination is required for the following: **Hepatitis B, Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus, Measles-Mumps-Rubella, Influenza, COVID-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO WORK FOR A COMPANY SERVING TOMORROW’S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
