Learn more about PepsiCo: PepsiCoJobs Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** * Ensure compliance with Safety and Quality policies; * Ensure adherence to PepsiCo’s procedures and policies; * Ensure daily billing for dispatch vehicles; * Ensure daily analysis of scheduled loads; * Print load documents and record partial (fractional) loads; * Conduct operational follow-up (FUP) with support areas (Security Gate / Frontline / Transportation / Operations); * Update operational cut-off data in control spreadsheets; * Monitor products recorded during transfers and address pending items; * Complete operational reports; * Maintain organization of files. **Your Impact** * Support daily operations and their specific requirements, fostering a conducive environment for task execution; * Monitor operational KPIs daily; * Promote the Motor+ culture within the area; * Monitor and ensure FEFO/FIFO compliance; * Support identification of maintenance needs for facilities and equipment; * Support internal and external factory audits. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** Education/Courses: Bachelor’s degree preferred or currently pursuing studies in Administration/Logistics, or a technical course in Logistics.
