




Coordinate all activities of your service unit, guiding and supervising staff to carry them out with quality and safety. * Monitor the Reception and Sample Collection teams, clarifying doubts, identifying and assessing possible difficulties, training needs, or requirements for closer supervision; * Contact physicians when necessary to clarify test requests, resolve questions, and request alternative solutions to ensure procedures are performed correctly; * Provide guidance on medical requests, verifying compliance with registration records; if non-compliant, immediately request required modifications to ensure correct procedure execution; * Attend to clients whenever requested, listening to complaints and/or compliments, and clarifying questions regarding health insurance coverage; * Ensure all unit staff comply with Biosafety Standards, monitoring updates and keeping the team informed of necessary process changes to meet current legislation; * Coordinate the entire service flow of the Mobile Unit, guiding its staff and assuming responsibility for all demands and incidents related to this service (when this service is assigned to your unit); * Monitor your unit’s financial results through various reports, performing necessary analyses and suggesting actions to ensure optimal organizational return; * Supervise and/or perform the following activities: cash register closing, daily reporting, requesting unit consumable supplies, and inventory control—monitoring execution and making necessary adjustments to prevent errors and waste; * Gather from your team information regarding period-specific quality indicators, analyzing and clarifying discrepancies and implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Execute and monitor all Human Resources-related activities, including hiring, terminations, replacements, performance evaluations, and other processes involving all unit staff; * Monitor electronic timekeeping for your unit’s staff, verifying correct usage, making corrections when necessary, and submitting properly adjusted records to the Human Resources department; * Perform additional tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor, according to organizational needs and your professional development.
