We're addressing the global challenges of ending plastic waste, taking climate action, and supporting a thriving society, while generating value for our customers, investors, and society. **Basic Function** ------------------ Analyze and control the quality of products manufactured by the company. **Roles \& Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * Perform quality control tests on finished products, semi\-finished products, and FAR (Out\-of\-Routine Analysis), as well as monitor production; * Release or reject samples in the system; if approved, products are released for sale and storage; if rejected, they are placed in quarantine, and physical identification is performed via approved/rejected/under\-analysis labels according to each product’s specification; * Record test analysis results in appropriate files, verifying and confirming manufactured products; * Store and identify test materials with date, batch number, and description; retain them in the retention area and update the electronic file; * Issue and verify certificates of analysis for finished products; * Maintain regulated chemical inventory; * Serve as equipment sponsor, managing consumables, verification, calibration, maintenance, and development/review of equipment work instructions; * Deliver training on work instructions and mentor new laboratory assistants; * Execute tasks per Quality Control methodologies, adhering to Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of laboratory equipment and laboratory processing room. **Min. Qualifications** ----------------------- * Completed technical education in Plastics, Chemistry, or related fields; * Active CRQ registration; * Prior laboratory experience, preferably in polymer analysis; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
