Laboratory Leader

Description

Supervise the laboratory team, including task assignment and performance monitoring. Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and complies with technical and safety standards. Plan activity execution, ensuring deadlines are met and results are accurate. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all laboratory activities, ensuring result traceability. Ensure all laboratory operations comply with ISO 9001 standards. Ensure laboratory supplies for projects are available; Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety in all departmental operations; Perform administrative procedures via the system related to formula weighing; Perform formula weighing and, if necessary, application on various bases; Collaborate with perfumers and the Evaluation department; Wash laboratory glassware; Report requirements for glassware, equipment, and supplies; Maintain organization of the shelf (fragrance library), ensuring item addressing and restocking; Properly dispose of solutions, waste, fragrances, and other products; Execute the sample preparation and release process for shipment. Follow the project schedule and report any potential issues.
