Job Summary: Lead Visual Merchandising and VM teams, execute and monitor operational procedures, visual merchandising, and performance results, and manage operational and sales processes. Participation in the selection and training of new employees * Key responsibilities of the role: * Responsible for leading the Visual Merchandising and VM department teams, executing and monitoring operational procedures, visual merchandising activities, and results. * Serve customers across all touchpoints; * Execute and monitor all team operational processes; * Understand and track achievement of established goals; * Apply all company visual merchandising concepts within assigned departments; * Monitor and execute operational procedures, price changes, product restocking, and department organization; * Offer the Riachuelo credit card and financial products to all customers; * Participate in periodic inventory reconciliations; * Participate in the selection and training of new employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Key responsibilities of the role: * Responsible for leading the Visual Merchandising and VM department teams, executing and monitoring operational procedures, visual merchandising activities, and results. * Serve customers across all touchpoints; * Execute and monitor all team operational processes; * Understand and track achievement of established goals; * Apply all company visual merchandising concepts within assigned departments; * Monitor and execute operational procedures, price changes, product restocking, and department organization; * Offer the Riachuelo credit card and financial products to all customers; * Participate in periodic inventory reconciliations; * Participate in the selection and training of new employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * It is highly important that you have and/or know: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a Monitor, Security Officer, or Guard; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
