We are seeking an organized professional focused on safety to lead our maintenance and cleaning team. The candidate will ensure the sanitation of production, administrative, and external areas, following strict chemical and environmental safety protocols. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Assign daily tasks, prepare work schedules, and monitor staff attendance and performance. * **Supply Control:** Manage inventory and usage of cleaning materials, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and equipment, requesting replenishment as needed. * **Safety and Products:** Instruct the team on proper handling, safe dilution, and storage of chemical products. * **Waste Disposal:** Monitor correct segregation, packaging, and disposal of chemical and industrial waste in compliance with environmental regulations. * **Inspection:** Conduct rounds and complete daily *checklists* to identify cleaning needs, maintenance requirements, and operational improvements. * **Training:** Train new staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and occupational safety standards.
