We are looking for a committed, organized professional with leadership skills to work as a **Cleaning Leader**, coordinating teams and ensuring the quality of hygiene and maintenance services in facilities. Main responsibilities * Lead and assign tasks to the cleaning team; * Monitor service execution and ensure cleaning quality; * Control cleaning materials, products, and equipment; * Train and guide employees on procedures and safety; * Prepare work schedules and monitor team attendance; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards, and proper use of PPE; * Report maintenance needs and improvement suggestions to the responsible manager. Schedule: 6X1 shift (Monday to Saturday), from 06:00 to 14:20 Payment: R$1.900,00 - R$2.108,32 per month Work location: On-site
