**Details** We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Kitchen Operations Agent to join our team. Your primary role will be to assist in the preparation and plating of dishes, strictly following the instructions of the Head Chefs. The ideal candidate should possess basic culinary skills and be willing to learn and grow within the work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for kitchen sanitation and organization, ensuring that utensils and equipment are properly cleaned. If you are passionate about gastronomy and wish to advance professionally in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities** * Assist the cook. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. * Use materials and equipment appropriately, keeping\-them always in good working condition. * Responsible for food pre\-preparation and preparation. * Clean the kitchen and dining area. * Check product expiration dates. * Sanitize food. * Organize inventory. * Assist the cook at the beginning of food preparation. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly. * Record daily temperature readings of equipment (refrigerator, freezer, and thermal counter) on the designated log sheet. * Inform the cook of any incidents occurring in the kitchen. * Assist in completing documentation related to Ordinance No. 2619/11. * Assist the educational supervisor in culinary activities when required. * Receive goods in the cook’s absence. * Attend meetings with the manager. * Substitute for the cook when necessary. **Work Environment** Child and Adolescent Centers (CCAs) are spaces designed to provide care during students’ non-school hours. Enrolled children and adolescents participate in workshops covering digital culture, sports, theater, music, healthy eating, and more.
