




Job Summary: Assists in the kitchen with pre-preparation, organization, cleaning, and plating of dishes, following food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure presentation and quality standards of dishes **Pre-preparation, organization, and cleaning** of the workspace, in addition to providing direct assistance to the cook or pastry chef during plating and finalization of dishes. Keep work surfaces, utensils, equipment (ovens, mixers, refrigerators), and the dessert area consistently clean and organized, adhering to ANVISA food safety regulations. Support the final plating of dessert dishes to ensure they are served to customers with proper presentation and quality standards.
