We encourage candidates from all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities to apply. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical, administrative, and operational oversight and support to field technicians to ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery; * Request and ensure timely delivery of supplies, materials, tools, and equipment required by each technician to perform scheduled services; * Ensure the technical competence of personnel under supervision; * Conduct field audits and management audits with team members reporting to you; * Propose alternative solutions to meet client needs, assessing associated risks; * Ensure safety during high-risk tasks performed by technicians at client facilities; * Participate in alignment meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and retention; * Conduct management visits to clients within your portfolio; * Hold monthly meetings with technicians to review performance results; * Deliver presentations to clients; * Maintain absolute confidentiality and privacy of company, client, and other stakeholder information accessed in the course of duties. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s degree; * Experience as an Operations Manager in service delivery (pest control); * Experience in team management; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Valid Class B driver’s license with practical driving experience; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: B, A
