Telephone and/or email support to resolve cases in collaboration with suppliers; 2\. Address business unit requests within the established SLA; 3\. Identify and log incidents in the system (CVC) for BACKOFFICE follow-up; 4\. Primary focus on low-complexity activities — sales holds, vouchers, handling special requests, domestic supplier support, etc.; 5\. Provide support, when required, for higher-complexity activities (re-accommodations/reservation modifications/on-request services/FEB/requests/reservation failures); 6\. Record all performed activities in spreadsheets for area control and historical tracking; 7\. Coordinate with internal departments to assist in resolving maritime-related incidents; **Requirements and Qualifications** 1\. Analytical and planning skills; 2\.
