Every contribution strengthens our purpose of caring for people. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the receipt, control, and distribution of materials, equipment, and tools used in hospitals, including purchased, supplied, or leased items. * Place purchase requests in the **SAP** and **MV** systems. * Generate management reports for cost control and track maintenance work orders in the maintenance system. * Assist in specifying building materials for corrective and predictive maintenance. * Monitor and update area performance indicators (**KPIs**) and create control schedules. * Manage the maintenance materials inventory and issue notifications regarding improper usage. * Issue warranty reports related to the construction of the facility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education**: Completed High School * **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months in the field **Knowledge and Skills:** * Experience in **logistics** and **storekeeping**. * Proficiency in **budgeting software**. * Knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with **engineering technical documentation and standards**.
