If you are a professional who identifies with technological development and believes in the sustainable forestry model, this is the best place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **DATA:** GS Location: Limeira Application Deadline: 10/21/2025 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Verify possible discrepancies between transported weight and entry/exit invoices. * Invoice finished products. * Issue physical and fiscal documents (MIGO/MIRO/NFe) for materials. * Dispatch materials while supervising loading, ensuring conformity between invoiced and loaded materials. * Inventory verification and control. * Deliver raw materials, packaging, and MRO items upon internal user request or resupply demand. * Observe quantity, deadlines, location, and functional cell regulations. * Record inventory material write-offs in the information system, maintaining updated balances. * Interact with Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety management systems. * Comply with applicable regulations, policies, standards, and procedures. * Contribute to business maintenance, improvement, and performance. * Control vehicle entry for loading and unloading of materials. * Monitor vehicle dwell time at the plant, considering internal and external market scheduling and factory supply requirements. * Control and prevent damage to finished products, MRO items, and physical infrastructure. * Create and maintain area indicators, ensuring timely information updates. * Monitor shipment schedules for internal and external customers and factory unit supply. * Know and practice SIG standards and procedures. * Use all required PPE during activities and within facilities mandating their use. * Complete safety trainings outlined in the training matrix and perform tasks only when authorized and qualified. * Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging active and responsible care within the team. * Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integration of prevention into routine operations. * Encourage proper PPE usage and exercise of the right to refuse unsafe work in cases of serious risk. * Foster proposal of risk-control solutions. * Ensure effective incident communication and implementation of necessary corrective actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values; * Proactive; * Analytical mindset; * Proposes ideas and solutions. **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or Exact Sciences; * Prior experience in operational environments; * SAP knowledge; * Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; * Willingness to work at the Limeira plant; * Availability for operational shift work; **Additional Information** **WE OFFER MUCH MORE THAN JUST PAPER IN YOUR LIFE!** Healthcare: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance plans; Meal Voucher or Cafeteria, Grocery Allowance (VA), and additional VA at year-end; We understand fixed income matters, but beyond that, we offer extra income through our Annual Variable Compensation Program; For future planning, we provide private pension; We practice home office in corporate areas, flexible working hours, and casual dress code; To generate and share value, we offer E-learning courses and trainings on our digital platform, UniverSuzano; At Suzano, something is only good for us if it’s also good for the world!
