THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Office (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED
2\.. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** JUNIOR ADVISORY ATTORNEY
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions requiring a 40-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly premium covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**JOB SUMMARY:** Provide legal advisory services across various areas of administrative law; act proactively to ensure proper functioning of SEST SENAT by adapting contracts, documents, and procedures to mitigate risks and comply with applicable legislation, thereby safeguarding rights and interests and ensuring legal security for institutional acts and decisions.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
**NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed undergraduate degree in Law.
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**EXPERIENCE:**
1\) EXPERIENCE AS AN ATTORNEY IN LITIGATION
**PROOF:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, such documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and description of duties performed;
b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS registration title matches that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE BRAZILIAN BAR ASSOCIATION (OAB).
**PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card corresponding to the Regional Council where practice is authorized. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.)
FULL-TIME DEDICATION TO THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED.
**SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Labor Law. Labor Procedural Law. Consumer Protection Law. Litigation Practice. Drafting of legal opinions. Report writing. Common knowledge inherent to the position.
