We focus on results, value people, and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment. **About the position** We are seeking a **Junior HR Analyst** with experience in **payroll, labor obligations, and eSocial**, who wishes to work in an inclusive, collaborative, and growing environment. **Key responsibilities:** * Execute **payroll closure**, ensuring calculation accuracy; * Process and verify payroll events (earnings, deductions, overtime, and allowances); * Calculate and validate **labor obligations (INSS, FGTS, etc.)**; * Perform submissions and verifications in **eSocial**; * Support the generation and validation of **accessory obligations**; * Ensure compliance with legal and internal deadlines; * Provide support to employees regarding payroll and labor obligation inquiries. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields**; * Experience with **payroll calculation and closure**; * Knowledge of **labor legislation and obligations**; * Experience with **eSocial**; * Proficiency in **intermediate Excel**; * Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile. **Benefits:** Health insurance, dental insurance, transportation allowance, pharmacy discount program, physical food basket, life insurance, parking, and complimentary on-site lunch.
