We are seeking a **Junior Facilities Analyst** to work in **Piracicaba/SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY:** * Enter, verify, and control invoices related to facilities services, ensuring correct categorization and appropriate accounting registration; * Monitor and ensure timely payments to suppliers, tracking deadlines, internal procedures, and compliance with current contracts; * Control operational expenses (OPEX) for the facilities area, including cost tracking, identification of variances, and support for decision-making; * Administer rental and revisionary contracts for spaces and areas, managing deadlines, value revisions, and contractual clause compliance to mitigate risks; * Manage and keep up-to-date all contracts linked to facilities operations, ensuring validity, renewals, and fulfillment of contractual obligations; * Support the “Conta Comigo” Program Committee (Expense Management), contributing to material development, deviation analysis, and inquiry to entities regarding significant variances (positive and negative). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Hospitality, Accounting, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Prior experience with facilities services (cleaning, maintenance, cafeteria, etc.) and/or supplier and contract control is desirable; * Previous experience monitoring SLAs; * Familiarity with data analysis, KPI interpretation, and information consolidation; * Knowledge of Power BI and/or SAP is considered a plus; * Willingness to reside in Piracicaba/SP and work 100% on-site during standard business week (44 hours per week, Monday–Friday), under a temporary contract expected to last nine months. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our selection process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required data. * HR Interview \- an introductory conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
