We are seeking a motivated individual eager to learn to join our production team as a Junior Brewer. **Position Summary:** The Junior Brewer will assist in all stages of the production process, from raw material preparation to packaging and quality control, under the supervision of the Head Brewer. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or solidify their career in craft beer production. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in malt preparation and milling, hop and ingredient measurement. * Actively participate in mashing, lautering, boiling, and wort cooling. * Perform rigorous cleaning and sanitization of tanks, pipelines, equipment, and production areas (essential). * Monitor and record fermentation parameters (temperature, density, pH). * Assist in *dry\-hopping*, maturation, and clarification operations. * Support packaging lines (bottling, canning, or *kegs*). * Carry out basic maintenance tasks and organize raw material and product inventory. * Strictly follow standard operating procedures (*SOPs*) and occupational safety, hygiene regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Technical or Higher Education in fields such as Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related areas is a plus. * Previous experience is a plus. * Availability to work flexible hours and occasionally on weekends according to production demands. * Physical ability to lift heavy loads (malt, *kegs*) and stand for extended periods. * Proactivity, organization, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility and respect. **Advantages:** * Formal Brewing course (*Science of Brewing* or equivalent). * Work experience in an industrial environment or food/beverage production. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary aligned with the role and market standards. * Meal on-site, Food Allowance, Health Plan, and Profit Sharing. * Opportunity for learning and growth in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
