**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct technical visits according to the scheduled route, strengthening customer relationships.
* Demonstrate products through recipes, highlighting benefits, quality, and application.
* Provide consultative support, contributing to the enhancement of customers' product value.
* Prepare recipes for presentations, adhering to quality and nutritional standards.
* Support training and capacity-building initiatives for the sales team and customers.
* Participate in events and trade fairs, organizing and executing demonstrations.
* Advise customers on food safety practices, hygiene, and processing procedures.
* Manage raw materials and inventory to ensure quality and prevent losses.
* Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, identifying opportunities.
* Record visits and relevant information in the system.
* Monitor market trends and competitors' practices.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education.
* Technical or higher education degree in fields related to the food industry (Food Science, Nutrition, Gastronomy, or related disciplines).
* **Mandatory** knowledge of bakery operations.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Availability for travel and participation in events.
* Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B.
