Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Main Activities:** * Support for departmental administrative routines; * Document organization and filing; * Telephone and in-person attendance (where applicable); * Data entry into internal systems; * Support to various departments of the company as needed; * Participation in theoretical training courses at a partner institution. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Requirements:** * Be between 14 and 24 years old (in accordance with current legislation); * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Availability to fulfill the program’s working hours (typically 4 to 6 hours per day); * Willingness to learn and develop professionally; * Good communication skills, proactivity, and responsibility. **Additional Information** * Employment Type: CLT * Remuneration: R$8.97 per hour * Transportation allowance * Theoretical training course at a partner institution * Life insurance * Availability to work in Jandira - SP **About PASHAL** With over 35 years in the market, PASHAL is one of the most respected companies in the scaffolding, formwork, and shoring rental sector for civil construction, infrastructure, and industrial maintenance.
