




Analyze and execute activities related to the Accounting Department, following established guidelines and goals, to ensure proper execution within defined deadlines and contribute to the smooth operation of the department. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create and register new accounting accounts in the system as required by operational needs. * Manage the receipt and issuance of invoices, ensuring proper recording and compliance with tax regulations. * Record financial transactions in the accounting system to maintain up-to-date records. * Classify and code accounting accounts, ensuring accurate organization of records. * Maintain statutory and accounting books in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. * Provide clarifications to other departments regarding tax withholdings and other accounting matters. * Perform account reconciliations to ensure balance accuracy and data integrity. * Issue transfer invoices for the Anápolis branch and return invoices for suppliers, as needed. * Prepare and submit ancillary obligations, such as REST, DMS, and REINF, to ensure tax compliance. * Collect municipal, state, and federal taxes, meeting all legal deadlines and requirements. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. * Basic knowledge of: Accounting and Tax Legislation, Asset Legislation, and Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions; * Wellhub (Gympass); * SESC Partnership.
