The Arco ADM Warehouse Apprentice is responsible for assisting in administrative and operational activities of the warehouse under supervision. Receives, checks, stores, and distributes materials, maintains inventory control, and performs stock counts. Works in a team, following internal procedures and safety regulations. * Assist in receiving and inspecting materials, verifying quantities and quality of delivered products. * Store materials in an organized and secure manner, following warehouse guidelines. * Assist in picking and distributing materials according to internal or external requests. * Maintain updated inventory records by registering material entries and exits in the system. * Conduct periodic inventories to ensure stock accuracy and identify possible discrepancies. * Collaborate in organizing and cleaning the warehouse, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures to ensure employee safety and material preservation. * Participate in training and development programs offered by the company to enhance knowledge and skills. * Collaborate with the team, maintaining a proactive and cooperative attitude in the workplace. * Report any issues or irregularities identified in the warehouse to the immediate supervisor.
