Responsibilities * Oversee cleaning and maintenance of common areas; * Supervise service providers and outsourced teams; * Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance; * Monitor the operation of condominium equipment; * Support the condominium manager and management company with daily tasks; * Ensure compliance with internal and safety regulations; * Attend to residents and suppliers as needed. Requirements * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Basic knowledge of building maintenance; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity; * Flexible availability. Preferred Qualifications * Courses in building, electrical, or plumbing maintenance; * Experience in residential or commercial condominiums.
