Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and performing maintenance, inspections, and assisting in organizing events to ensure order and proper functioning of the premises. Developing organizational skills, proactivity, and communication #### **Responsibilities** * Supervise outsourced maintenance, gardening, or pest control services, ensuring quality and compliance with safety regulations. * Conduct periodic inspections of the premises to identify requirements. * Perform repairs and maintenance within the facility. * Assist in organizing sports games and small internal events as needed, preparing spaces and supporting logistics. * Report any irregularities observed on the premises to management, contributing to maintaining order and proper functioning of the facility. #### **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Proven experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of cleaning and conservation materials. * Basic knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, etc.). #### **Skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and initiative. * Ability to efficiently solve problems. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Food basket ### **Department:** MCG INDÚSTRIA
