Equipment and system installation and testing **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00 \- 18:00 (Monday to Thursday), 08:00 \- 17:00 (Friday). Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (on rotating schedule). **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT* Follow manager-directed service routes according to registered tickets; * Perform on-site support at units in accordance with guidance and priority levels of open tickets; * Conduct equipment and machine configuration, assembly, and testing; * Open tickets to request appropriate spare parts for identified issues; * Provide technical support to resolve issues related to slow-performing machines, Face ID, turnstiles and their maintenance, internet and Wi\-Fi, monitor and computer replacements, camera systems (cabling, connectors, and replacement of outdated equipment), time clocks (paper jamming, printing failure, or inability to register employees), UniFi systems, and computers used by teachers; * Perform maintenance or replacement of defective or burnt-out televisions; * Keep the department clean and organized; * Conduct technical visits to units, organizing racks and verifying network and internet functionality; * Manage and organize shared tools such as screwdrivers and pliers stored in cabinets; * Run network cables in new units; * Map new units, implementing full network infrastructure and security systems, including cable routing, equipment installation, and configuration; * Assemble server racks (CPD), including switch, patch panel, DVR, UniFi equipment power supplies, modem, internet load balancer (for managing dual connections at units), and Power Balun responsible for powering the CCTV system; * Monitor the new unit deployment checklist; * For new units, submit purchase requests via the Sults system to the procurement department, per area manager’s instructions; * Carry out infrastructure tasks, including cable identification (network – blue / CCTV – black), crimping with female RJ and RJ\-45 connectors, and subsequent rack assembly, with labeling of each cable; * Assemble racks, including patch panels, switch installation, and testing of all network points, plus Power Balun installation; * Install CCTV systems, positioning cameras per established standards, connecting devices, adjusting focus, and configuring camera operating systems; * Assemble and configure UniFi equipment, including pre\-configuration at the office, cable identification, and installation at designated locations; * Configure internet load balancing systems; * Configure computers for installation and use at units; * Configure turnstiles and facial recognition systems (Face ID); * Configure thermal printers used for training session printouts; * Configure and support conventional office printers; * Install and configure operating systems on equipment; * Install and maintain access turnstiles; * Install and maintain electronic time clocks as needed; * Unit alarm systems are outsourced; monitoring is performed only when necessary; * Maintain service vehicles in good operational and cosmetic condition; * Track vehicle usage via forms, recording route, mileage, driver name, and travel times. **Requirements:*** Technical certification in Computer Assembly and Configuration; * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fields; * Specialization in Test Automation; * Knowledge of network monitoring using Zabbix; * Personal car or motorcycle. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, Dental care, Fuel allowance, Gym membership, Birthday Day Off, Meal voucher, Commuter pass
