Click here to learn more!**Job Description** --------------------- Responsible for controlling and supporting inventory movement operations for specific clients, through conducting inventories, monitoring processes from receipt to delivery, preparing reports, and analyzing inventory at logical levels (systems) and physical levels (warehouse). Compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures.**Requirements** -------------- • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics or related fields; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; • Knowledge of logistics processes and systems.**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Organize and execute comprehensive inventories. 2\. Compare physical count results with system records. 3\. Support inventory movement operations. 4\. Ensure the reliability of client inventories. 5\. Perform system adjustments, issuing or canceling invoices and correcting inaccurate information. 6\. Maintain organized product addressing to facilitate item location and release. 7\. Respond to internal customer requests by verifying product availability and implementing blocks when necessary. 8\. Interact and negotiate with internal and external customers to propose solutions that ensure inventory integrity. 9\. Record goods receipts, transfers, and returns. 10\. Comply with conduct standards, asset security, occupational safety, product safety, quality, health, and environmental requirements.
