JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in preparing bank reports, cash position reports, and surplus investment placements with banks. * Assist in managing protest records and purchase requisitions for the department. * Maintain up-to-date database of approved banks, including respective powers of attorney, payment token controls, and other related items. Assist in executing departmental projects and developing/constructing dashboards for daily cash control and investment performance monitoring, among others. * MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting, or Economics programs; English/Spanish desirable but not mandatory. * PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Excel, Spotfire (desirable). * Renault values diversity and inclusion and prioritizes hiring persons with disabilities (PwD) and women.
