If you are passionate about technology, enjoy solving problems, and want to work in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Ticket handling and resolution:** Providing technical support to employees via phone, chat, and remote access tools (SSH, RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer), prioritizing based on criticality. * **Email account management:** Creating, configuring, and maintaining accounts within the company domain, ensuring security and proper functionality. * **Ticket liaison:** Acting as the bridge between end users and the development team to ensure prompt resolution of technical requests. * **Database operations:** Performing simple queries and basic manipulation in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and MongoDB. * **Equipment management:** Installing, configuring, and maintaining company computers, laptops, and devices. * **Documentation:** Recording procedures and applied solutions, and creating manuals to facilitate daily operations. * **Continuous improvement:** Supporting process evolution and collaborating with various departments across the company. **Technical Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of **Linux (Ubuntu)**: commands, logs, and services. * Basic knowledge of **networking** (ping, traceroute, DNS, DHCP, IPs). * Experience with remote access tools (SSH, RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer). * Ability to read and execute simple queries in **SQL databases** (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server). * Ability to read data from **MongoDB**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate/advanced database knowledge. * Basic programming or scripting concepts. * Prior experience in technical support or service desk.
