Job Summary: This role involves organizing and delivering institutional training programs, such as Onboarding, Ethics, and FCPA, as well as supporting events and selection processes for apprentices and interns. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and delivery of institutional training programs 2. Support in selection processes for apprentices and interns 3. Evaluation of technical training effectiveness Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite in the Vila Olímpia region, South Zone / SP, and 2 days remote. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, with expected graduation from December 2027 onward; Resident of São Paulo; * Organization and delivery of Institutional Onboarding * Organization of Ethics training with excellence * Organization of FCPA training (for new and existing employees) * Quarterly FCPA reporting * Various purchase requisitions: training coffee, contracting of training (e.g., safety training) * Evaluation of technical training effectiveness (where applicable) * Attendance list reporting to Corporate * Organization of in-person trainings and events * Support in selection processes for apprentices and interns
