Deliver safety training and analyze incidents **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be determined **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Intermittent * Identify, assess, and control existing workplace hazards—including those related to machinery, chemical agents, electricity, and working at heights—by implementing preventive measures aimed at eliminating or mitigating occupational accidents and diseases; * Ensure all activities comply with applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) and current legislation, promoting a safe work environment and preventing legal liabilities and penalties; * Plan, develop, and deliver safety training in accordance with applicable Regulatory Standards, with emphasis on: * NR\-01 – General Provisions and Occupational Risk Management; * NR\-06 – Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * NR\-10 – Electrical Safety in Installations and Services; * NR\-12 – Machinery and Equipment Safety; * NR\-35 – Working at Heights. * Monitor operational activities performed by gardening and monitoring technicians, conducting safety inspections and providing preventive guidance whenever necessary; * Conduct periodic inspections of workplaces to identify unsafe conditions, propose corrective actions, and follow up on implementation of recommended measures; * Analyze occupational accidents and incidents, identifying root causes, recording relevant information, and proposing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence; * Prepare, review, and manage occupational safety technical documents, such as: technical reports; JSA (Job Safety Analysis); and PT (Work Permit); * Collaborate with the occupational health department to prevent work-related illnesses and promote employee health and well-being. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Minimum 12 months’ experience as an Occupational Safety Technician; * Certificate of completion for the Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Knowledge of current Regulatory Standards, with focus on NR\-01, NR\-06, NR\-10, NR\-12, and NR\-35\. **Desirable:** * Ability to prepare occupational safety technical documents, such as reports, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and PT (Work Permit); * Communicative, proactive, and organized profile, with ability to guide teams and work autonomously in the field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing and presentations. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
