We are looking for an **Intermediate Reliability Engineer** to join the **E2G Planning and Maintenance team** in **Guariba, SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * Lead improvement studies and failure analyses on industrial equipment; * Conduct root cause analyses on events causing reductions or shutdowns; * Perform continuous improvement studies focused on maintenance; * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans and routes; * Apply reliability engineering methodologies; * Develop and optimize maintenance strategies; Manage action plans for industrial processes (RFRACAS, Uptime, Loss Profile). * **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related fields); * Active CREA registration required; * Experience in the role required (knowledge in vibration analysis and other predictive techniques—root cause analysis); * Knowledge in Reliability Engineering and Predictive Maintenance; * Experience in maintenance of rotating equipment; * Familiarity with NR\-13 and NR\-12 regulations; * Intermediate level in Office Suite; * Knowledge of SAP/PM; * Proficiency in Power BI; * Availability for occasional travel to E2G plants and suppliers; Mobility to reside in the Guariba, SP region. * **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be others, and you will be informed if you progress): * Registration \- completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR Interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain the daily responsibilities and challenges.
