Our commitment extends beyond internet—we strive to provide well-being, convenience, and technological advancement for our customers. **Join Grupo Netway and make your mark while making history!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **PERFORM BASIC INSTALLATIONS OF INTERNET, TV, AND TELEPHONY SERVICES:** At residential and commercial customer locations, following established technical standards. **CARRY OUT SIMPLE CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE:** On networks and equipment, reporting more complex issues to the supervisor. **SUPPORT THE TEAM IN CONFIGURATION ACTIVITIES:** Of modems, routers, and network devices. **ENSURE PROPER USE OF TOOLS, MATERIALS, AND VEHICLES:** Provided for work purposes. **MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL Demeanor AND COURTEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE:** Reinforcing the company’s image. **COMPLY WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY REGULATIONS:** And use mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **2. POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience (preferred) in basic telecommunications installation and maintenance activities. * Basic knowledge of internet networks, cabling, and equipment configuration. * Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively. * Availability for travel and external work assignments. * Completed high school education. * Ongoing or completed Technical Course in Telecommunications, Networking, or related fields is a plus.
