Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Installation Technical Agent to work on our fiber optic network and provide technical support, with a focus on installation, configuration, and maintenance of internet services. We are looking for an Installation Technical Agent to work on our network and provide technical support to our customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Activities: * Internet installation and configuration (cables, fiber optics, and equipment) * Customer guidance on service usage and operation * Corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of network failures * Inventory control and material withdrawal * Completion and closure of service orders with supporting evidence * Maintenance of vehicles, tools, equipment, and PPE * Participation in technical on-call shifts * Workplace organization and upkeep * Compliance with internal rules, policies, and procedures **Requirements and Qualifications** Skills: * Knowledge of networks and fiber optics * Familiarity with installation and configuration of equipment (routers, ONTs, etc.) * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues * Organization and attention to detail * Strong communication and customer service skills * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Teamwork * Time management and adherence to deadlines * Adaptability for external visits and unforeseen situations * Commitment to safety standards (PPE usage) Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in the field * NR10 and NR35 certifications We are a Brazilian company specializing in telecommunications services, focusing on broadband internet and connectivity solutions.
